Realizing a strong felt need for quality outpatient Healthcare services in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, Mr. Khaled Abdulla Yousef wishes to set up a state of-the-art Health Park with focus on multi-specially Outpatient Medical Centres and Wellness Services.

The proposed development shall be situated on a 16,000 sqm plot of land located at the heart of RAK city in Khuzam main road. Based on the concept masterplan the development shall consist of an enclosed circular G+ Complex with a central green space walking track and water body. The Healthpark shall consist of variety of leasable units with different size and configurations for different types of outpatient healthcare facilities.

The ultimate aim of the project is to create a one-stop Healthcare destination for all outpatient healthcare and wellness needs of the population of Ras Al Khaimah and neighboring Emirates. All proposed tenants from healthcare groups and operators shall be granted an exclusivity and shall be selected through an intensive pre-qualification process to ensure a strong and sustained reputation for the center.
